The deep desert hot sand continues to blow from sun side to the dark side, tracking devices showed this to be continuous and end in a spot 10 miles from the ‘livable limit’ but one device on the fritz was shown to teleport 10 miles from the ‘livable limit’ on the sunside before being blown along the life belt. Most buildings are built with shutters that allow them to adjust which parts are considered ‘ground level’ depending on how the sands land.
